This policy explains how AgVoice Media uses information collected through this website.
When you request an audit
We collect the name, business name, business type, email address, phone number and optional website you provide, along with the calculator estimate submitted with your request. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, prepare your audit and discuss our services with you.
Enquiries are processed and stored through Netlify Forms. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your enquiry.
Website analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and interactions, including email-link clicks and successful audit requests. We also use the OpenAI advertising pixel to measure page views and successful audit requests. These providers may process technical information such as your browser, device, IP address, page URL, referrer and cookie or advertising identifiers.
Our conversion events do not include the name, email, phone number or other enquiry fields you enter. The OpenAI pixel currently has debug logging enabled. Your browser privacy settings and blockers may limit analytics and advertising measurement.

Sharing and storage
Netlify hosts this website and processes enquiries. Google and OpenAI provide the measurement services described above. These providers may process information outside Australia. We use enquiry information for business communications and service delivery.
